Kids Cake Decorating

This class will provide instruction and guidance so children can create a classic birthday cake
(cake board, baked single layer cake, and buttercream provided).

Skills covered include properly preparing a baking pan, easy boxed cake hacks, smoothing a cake, adding sprinkles to the sides of the cake, and using a pastry bag to apply buttercream decorations.

A small cake decorating kit is included with the class so these skills can be practiced at home after the class.
