The Village received an initial RFP response from NAI Harmon Group on March 31st. The proposal provided by Harmon includes 22 townhomes, a total of 62 condos and apartments, commercial shops, a restaurant, and the municipal building.
Village Council is currently reviewing the proposal, while discussing it with school officials and considering public input. The Village will schedule another public meeting for input in the near future.
